As toscana sheepskins are fairly small I think a good way to use them is to make shrugs leaving the natural edges. Another type of sheepskin scarf really. I make my toscana shrugs with one join in the centre and the top edge of the toscana turned over so that apart from looking good when the shrug is worn wool side in it feels good when worn wool side out. I sometimes use magnets under the turned edges of my sheepskin shrugs to hold the ends together and I can add suede or leather ties instead of or as well as the magnets. |

The pictures of the shrugs do not really do them justice. Like scarves they can be worn in many different ways. Several of the sheepskin shrugs I have made so far have been very popular and have left the workroom before I could get them on the website. |
